Sharita Thompson teaches History classes for Blyth-Templeton Academy. Sharita is the Resident Humanities Scholar at Hill Center, teaches History at Montgomery College and is a former Assistant Professor in History, Political Science and Women’s Studies with a focus on Civil War Era Studies and Africana Studies at Gettysburg College. She has a B.A. in Political Science from North Carolina Central University, an M.A. in American, African-American & African History from North Carolina Central University, and a Ph.D. in United States History from Howard University.
